In the north-east of Brazil, on the Atlantic side of the federal state of Paraiba, 70 km away from the city Joao Pessoa, there is the small paradise Pitimbu. Far away from all tourism, Pitimbu with his endless beaches, his peace and the nature impresses. An absolute recreation area, with very pleasantly refreshing climate; a place for relaxing and good energy.Especially because it has lain far away from the thrilling throng of the million town Joao Pessoa. The house itself is a paradise for itself. Distributes to 3 floors, wrapped up by glass walls where you can find peace and inspiration.The garden of the house invites to dream. Apart from the dreamlike garden one has 1500 m of private beach where you can relax under the coconut trees. The living room in the ground floor and surrounded completely of glass. You have the view of the sea, the beach and the palms. To allow itself a small refreshment there are just 100 meters in between the house and the sea. Moreover, in the ground floor there is the open kitchen from which one you can also enjoy the nice view.Also there is a small marble bath and beyond the house a sauna. Round the house is the generous garden with all his splendour. From exotic plants up to tomatoes, salad etc.... The circle stairs leads in the 1st floor. There finding 4 bedrooms, everyone with a balcony.Also there are two baths and an office. The biggest bedroom has standart of a suite. Big balcony with the view of the private beach, the palms and the sea. In the room a glass wall behind itself the luxus marble bathroom. Moreover, a small dressing-room. The second room also disposes of the balcony with the view of the private beach, the palms and the sea. The 3rd room can be used also as an office.It disposes of an air-conditioning, a wooden balcony from one can enjoy the view of the beach and the garden. The circle stairs further lead in 2te floor on itself a 5th room.This one is funktional.For everyone who likes to read this room can also be used as an library . This is furnished affectionately. The 3rd floor has a generous patio, therefore the view of completely Pitimbu.It is the highest point in the place.Beacuse the construction laws don´t allowed to build higher. 5 minutes away from the house by the car, 10 min. by the bicycle, fthere is an natural pool. This is a Beach club where people come to relax. The water flows from a waterfall directly into the pool. Round the picking is the impressive nature.... A place to fill up good energy ... Moreover, 30 m of the house one finds a small Supermarket, and 50 m farther a restaurant directly on the beach. This house is the best area for everyone who loves to enjoy the good sides of live.For people who loves to be close to the nature,for those who loves sport activities and for everyone who wants to experience Brazil in a special way.
